Rear truck with brake rigging temporarily in place, checking for major
clearance problems. None were found. The rigging components are a mixture of
old and new parts: The beam is new, with old braces riveted in place
(underneath out of sight); pins are new; links are repaired old; brake shoe
holders are junk, and are in the process of being replaced with new castings, as
will the brake shoes (not in place). Photo by Bill Liebman.
